Yes, this is a very family-friendly experience. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants under 3 years old can join for free when accompanied by a paying adult. A valid ID may be required to verify age for child or infant tickets.

The balloon operates only in suitable weather conditions. If strong winds or unfavourable conditions prevent the flight from going ahead, guests are given the option to reschedule their visit or receive a full refund. This is managed directly by the operator on the day.
