KidZania Abu Dhabi at Yas Mall is one of the most unique family attractions in the UAE. Spread across 55,000 square feet, it is a fully functioning scaled-down city where children between the ages of 4 and 16 get to step into real-world professions and experience what it feels like to be a doctor, chef, firefighter, pilot, banker, and much more.
Kids earn KidZos, the official KidZania currency, by completing jobs and activities, then get to spend them in shops and services within the mini city. It is genuinely one of those places where children are so engaged they do not want to leave. With over 80 role-playing activities on offer, there is something for every child regardless of age or interest.
While the kids are busy exploring, parents can relax in a comfortable lounge knowing their children are in a safe, supervised, and well-managed environment. A brilliant day out for the whole family.
Make your way to Yas Mall on Yas Island. KidZania is located inside the mall and is clearly signposted from the main entrances.
Present your ticket and valid ID at the entrance. Children receive their KidZos starter pack and are welcomed into the mini city.
Children are free to explore the city at their own pace, choosing from over 80 activities and professions. Trained supervisors are present at every activity to guide and assist throughout.
As children complete jobs and tasks they earn KidZos which they can then spend in shops and services within the city, learning about money and decision-making in a really fun way.
While the children are busy, parents can relax in the dedicated lounge area. Food and drinks are available for purchase inside the venue.
There is no fixed end time. Stay as long as the children are enjoying themselves before heading out to explore the rest of Yas Island.
KidZania is designed for children aged 4 to 16. Toddlers aged 2 and above are also welcome though many of the role-playing activities are best suited to children aged 4 and older.
No. Adults can only enter KidZania when accompanied by at least one child and with a valid ticket. There is a comfortable parent lounge available inside for adults to relax during the visit.
Yes, all activities are overseen by trained professional staff who guide children through each role-playing experience and ensure they are safe and having fun throughout.
Yes, there are food and beverage options available inside the venue. Outside food and drinks are not permitted so please plan accordingly.
