Frequently asked questions

You must carry your original passport. Digital copies and photocopies are not accepted under any circumstances. Make sure you have the physical document with you when you arrive at the helipad.

Flights may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions or airspace restrictions. If your flight cannot proceed on the booked date, the team will work with you to find a suitable alternative time. This is outside the operator's control but your Ujem booking team will assist with any rescheduling needed.

Children aged 2 and above are welcome on the tour. Children under 2 are not permitted for safety reasons. The maximum weight per passenger is 140 kg. Passengers exceeding this limit will unfortunately not be able to participate. Pregnant women may fly up to 32 weeks of pregnancy at their own discretion.
