3. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings made through UJEM Travel & Tourism — whether via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email — are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from UJEM Travel & Tourism
• Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and payment is received
• You are responsible for ensuring all traveller details provided are accurate at the time of booking
• UJEM Travel & Tourism reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion

4. Payments

Payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept payment via our secure online payment gateway, bank transfer, and other methods communicated by our team.

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated
• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service
• UJEM Travel & Tourism is not responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees incurred during payment
• Receipts and invoices will be issued upon confirmation of payment

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the service booked. General terms are as follows:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to cc@ujem.com
• Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the specific tour, hotel, or service provider
• Service fees charged by UJEM Travel & Tourism are generally non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the activity
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days

6. Visa Services

UJEM Travel & Tourism assists clients with UAE visit visa applications as a facilitating service. By engaging our visa services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the UAE immigration authorities
• UJEM Travel & Tourism cannot guarantee visa approval in any circumstances
• It is your responsibility to ensure all documents submitted are genuine, accurate, and complete
• UJEM Travel & Tourism is not liable for visa rejections due to incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent documentation
• Visa service fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted
• Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable regardless of the outcome

7. Changes to Bookings

Requests to amend or reschedule a confirmed booking must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the service provider’s policy.

UJEM Travel & Tourism will make every reasonable effort to accommodate amendment requests but cannot guarantee changes will always be possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

UJEM Travel & Tourism acts as an agent for various third-party service providers including hotels, tour operators, airlines, and transport companies. We are not liable for:

• Any loss, injury, damage, or disappointment caused by third-party service providers
• Cancellations or delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
• Flight delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines
• Loss of personal belongings, passports, or travel documents during any tour or activity
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services

Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their trip. Travel insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, loss of baggage, and other unforeseen events.

UJEM Travel & Tourism does not provide travel insurance and is not liable for any costs that would otherwise be covered by adequate travel insurance.

10. Client Responsibilities

As a client of UJEM Travel & Tourism, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date
• Arriving on time for all tours, transfers, and activities
• Complying with the laws and regulations of the UAE and any destination country
• Behaving respectfully towards guides, drivers, and other travellers
• Informing us of any medical conditions or special requirements prior to booking
• Ensuring all documents submitted for visa applications are genuine and accurate

11. Intellectual Property

All content on www.ujem.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of UJEM Travel & Tourism and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from UJEM Travel & Tourism.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. UJEM Travel & Tourism has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

13. Force Majeure

UJEM Travel & Tourism shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather
• War, civil unrest, or terrorism
• Government actions, travel bans, or border closures
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Strikes or industrial action by third-party providers

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

15. Changes to These Terms

UJEM Travel & Tourism reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated ‘Last Updated’ date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
