Not at all. This tour is designed specifically with beginners in mind. You will receive a full safety briefing, PADI-standard training, and hands-on guidance from a certified instructor before entering the water. You do not need any previous experience to participate and enjoy the dive.

Participants must be at least 10 years old. Anyone between the ages of 10 and 17 will need to submit a medical liability form signed by a parent or legal guardian before taking part. The tour is not suitable for children under 10 or for pregnant women.

Bring your passport or Emirates ID, a towel, your swimwear, and comfortable clothing to wear before and after the dive. All diving equipment is provided on site so you do not need to bring any gear of your own.

It is important that you do not board a flight within 18 hours of completing your dive. Changes in air pressure during a flight after diving can cause decompression sickness, which is a serious medical risk. Please plan your travel dates accordingly when booking this activity.
